No. He's much more serious and darker than Captain Sparrow, who is loosely based on the Captain Sparrow from the Pirates movies.

Hint #2: Some of you may need to go out of your comfort zone to a city or location you've never been before, to find him. Perhaps somewhere that has a frontier-esque type atmosphere.
