I dont think they can recall memories, but they are aware if you know what I mean. Im fairly sure its canon that drow twins have been known to strangle eachother with birth cords in the mother's womb who then orgasms at one's death. Or rather the actual wording I read was she experienced a wave of euphoria. Since they are all the same race it goes to say they are aware and developed mentally. As for remembering it all i dunno. Use best judgement
