You have Frodo. I typically play under anonymous accounts. Although I have declared myself ineligible for any future RPotM nomination... ;)
As for the reward, Sundraoi or Pleiade, correct me if I'm wrong; but I believe that is something that gets worked out with the winner and one of those two and has to be something a DM can provide. Since DMs cannot provide access to a notoriety-required PrC, or give bonus notoriety, don't pin your hopes on getting either of those if you are chosen as the top roleplayer of the month.
