Milli's new plan:
Step 1) Get to sufficient badassery level
Step 2) Sneak Attack + Id Moss spam to murder PC Red Wizard, claim it was for a good cause to avoid "evil" points
Step 3) Acquire significant spellcasting Rods/Scrolls
Step 4) Abuse UMD to wear said robes
Step 5) ???
Step 6) Profit!

You're half-right. Clearly "Steap" 8 should be "Be reanimated as a zombie." :P

And damn, Milli's a bloodthirsty little fiend! "Nice, harmless, fun-loving tiefling" my ass! She's out for blood. The Thayan Knights had better not go on strike anytime soon.... O_O
