Most Legionnaires are quite corrupt, and wouldn't hesitate to sell out anyone for the right amount of coin, really.
Loyal legionnaires are a damn rarity xD it's an Evil nation, everyone's out for themselves. It's why I decided to make a patriot Rashemi myself.
... that said ... I think those examples all fall under extra DM rewards for RP, no?

So its a bit confusing but is this correct?
Right now a cap level of 15 you can still can xp and note.
The ability to advance to 16 and beyond will be announced.
Right now xp is only for fugue and forging not leveling.

I suppose you're right... they do fit more nicely under extra DM rewards for RP - I was just wondering if any thought... or rather, maybe hoping some thought might be put into some means for players to earn that RP bonus for such actions even if there's no DM around to grant it. I must confess though, that I have a hard time coming up with a mechanism which wouldn't invite abuse.
It would also seem that my big mistake has been not having enough coin to offer in the past... I suppose I'll have to work to rectify that oversight. ;)

Not really, but consider it announced if that's what you're looking for. You can level-up to 16 and beyond whenever your PC has acquired the notoriety to do so.
