Where is the first begining starting quest located at in this server module???, please reply today.

There ain't a starting quest so to speak, but you need to go talk with the beggar as instructed..and then he will tell you some things. And then you start doing random quest for him, untill you reach a certain lvl of notoriety.
Also writeing "Please reply today." Does not help on the speed of people's reply.

You could either ask another character ingame and create some RP out of it, or I think that it is stated in the journal.
