Heres the question, at what point on the "noteriety" food chain are you given the option to purchase a nightmare? i know all the really prestigious people have one and ive been told on several occasions that its usually by the time you hit Lt. that you are able get one. As my character Aerin Stormbringer is a Lt. and therefore has a rather good amount of noteriety im guessing i should of been able to purchase one by now correct? I was also told that any stable can sell you one so long as you meet the noteriety level as i have been trying the caravaneserai in bezantur, is this not correct do i need to go to a special stable? have any of these things changed as most of the people who have nightmares have had them for awhile and therefore i might be the first "newer" person trying to buy one.

Pretty sure it was about level 14 for me...and a but load of notoriety..

well im about halfway to 13th right now..and a Lt. but i dont think its level based as i know Durn had one..and rand...but they were both captains...

You can get one from any stablemaster, but the notoriety required is significant. The required amount of notoriety was increased some time ago (many months, and maybe almost a year ago), as it seemed that almost everyone had one and they are meant to be rather rare. But you are getting close if you have reached lieutenant though.
