Hello! :-)
So while attempting to log in just a few minutes ago, found that the server has a player cap of 15. Will this be permanent, or is this a temporary situation?

Temporary until 9PM(EST I assume).

It is CST actually. We had a combat heavy event and had to limit the number of players.
