No, I didn't bother putting clothes on her; nor did I draw below the shoulders, so I doubt it matters. :P Yes, her shoulders are a tad too wide, but not overly. Finally, No, this isn't my best work.
Opinions?

Oh, her shoulders are just fine! You're being too hard on yourself. :P

Speaking of which, I still keep forgetting to go back and fix one of Tristella's ankles in that crucifixion doodle....

Here's a newer sketch that I like better (but still came out kinda disproportionate). The thing behind her, if you can't tell, is intended to be the symbol of Mask.
