A Question on the Ride Skill - Miscr3ant - 02-19-2014
I know that on Thay you have a mount system that has some unique features, like Persistent Storage, and also HP and AC bonuses based on the type of mount. However, I could not find anything in your documentation of the Mount system regarding Ride, so my question is, how does the Mounted Feats (and the associated Ride skill) affect this system of yours?
A) Per the Bioware standard?
B) Not at all?
C) Some mix of Bioware/Thay?

As far as I know it works as per the standard game engine with no Thay modifications.

They work per the Bioware standard. No changes have been made to how the feats and Ride skill are handled in Thay.

I would love to see some one put points in the ride skill, as I recall before the reset an event was run when Tyraturos first opened to be explored that used the tournament grounds for exactly that, giving prizes for the winners in categories...including jousting.

My character Gabriel Seraphiel has points in ride, and loves to joust... so if anyone wants to they can seek him out.
