Ravens fly throughout Thay bearing the following on gold-gilt parchment:
Master Hazlok Thrune, The Red Wizard of Tyraturos, invites all those who wish to attend his marriage to Lady Petra Ivor Galambos.
It shall be a non-sectarian civil matrimony held under the laws of Thay, performed by His Honor, the Judge of Redhall, in Eltabbar, the capital of our Great Nation.
Guests are invited to bring gifts worthy of the bride and groom in true Thayan fashion, to be presented formally in a reception at Master Thrune's tower, following the Ceremony.
The time is affixed.

Chairmaster:
Thayans, all. Greetings.We are gathered here today to witness this union
between Master Hazlok Thrune and Priestess of Waukeen Petra Galambos.
Master Thrune, please come forward.
Hazlok Thrune: *he nods, standing, walking across the floor with the tapping of his staff*
Chairmaster: All rise.
Hazlok Thrune: *nods and steps across the aisle*
Chairmaster: Ser Lachlan Vantur, please bring the bride forward.
Petra Galambos: *offers her hand*
Lachlan Vantur: *offers his arm*
Petra Galambos: *links into it and follows*
Lachlan Vantur: *moves to the side*
Petra Galambos: *nods and takes her place for the ceremony*
Chairmaster: You may now all sit.
Petra Galambos: *she folds and tucks away her fan, hands clasped before
her demurely*
Hazlok Thrune: *smiles beneath his hood, across to Petra*
Chairmaster:
Rare is the occassion that I get to precede over such a ritual.
As is usually the case of my station, my judgements are over the most
serious of affairs.And are very rarely joyous.This is one of those
exceptions.
Friends and family of the bride and groom, I welcome and thank you all for
being here today.We are gathered here today witness the very special love
between Priestess Petra Galambos and Master Hazlok Thrune,by joining them
in marriage under Thayan law.Let their beacon of love be an inspiration to
us all.For the highest form of love between two people is the act of
marriage itself.
Priestess Petra Galambos and Master Hazlok Thrune, your marriage today is
the public and legal joining of your souls under Thayan law.That has
already been united as one in your hearts. Marriage will give you a new
environment to share your love together,standing together against
adverisity and a sharing of your assets for the betterment of you both.
Marriage will expand you as individuals and define you as a couple.
To be successful you will need strength, courage and power to overcome all
of those who will stand against your union.Now, do you have your own vows
before we proceed?

Hazlok Thrune: *clears his throat, attempting to assure he speaks first*

Hazlok Thrune: *looks to the Chairmaster*
Chairmaster: You may. *solemnly said*
Hazlok Thrune:
My dearest Petra. When we first met, I had no idea that you would one day
be by my side.Yet... I could always see something in you that made me wish
to get to know you better. Over the past few years that we have worked
together, we have been through much.Overcome death itself.
Petra Galambos: *smiles at that*
Hazlok Thrune:
I have grown to care for you beyond all others, and you have repaid me in
kind.Ours is a partnership that shall last all of eternity,And I look
forward to seeing what else we might achieve - together.*with that he nods*
Chairmaster: And you, Priestess Petra Galambos?
Petra Galambos: *nods and smiles* Truly Waukeen has blessed me greatly,
but it is you who has given me the greatest gift of all.
A gift far greater than coin, and so, in gratitude and love, I pledge
myself to your side.Forever, hand in hand, together.
*she smiles, hands still clasped in front of her**then nods*
Chairmaster: Master Thrune.
Hazlok Thrune:*turns back to the Chair*
Chairmaster: Will you take this woman to be your wife, to live together in marriage?
Hazlok Thrune: I shall.
Chairmaster: Will you love her, comfort her, honor her and keep her in
sickness and in health?
Hazlok Thrune: I shall.
Chairmaster: Will you forsake all others and be faithful to her, for as
long as you both shall live?
Hazlok Thrune: I shall.
Chairmaster: Then repeat after me.
I, Master Hazlok Thrune, take you Priestess Petra Galambos to be my wife.
Hazlok Thrune: I, Master Hazlok Thrune, take you Priestess Petra Galambos
to be my wife *he says, looking into her eyes*
Petra Galambos: *gazing back she smiles*

Petra Galambos: *turns her attention to the Chairmaster*
Chairmaster: I, Priestess Petra Galambos, take you Master Thrune to be my
husband.

my husband.
Chairmaster: Before Waukeen and these witnesses to be your wife for as
long as we both shall live.

Chairmaster: Then it is done. I present to you all Master and Priestess
Thrune. What is forged here today can never be undone.
You may now kiss the bride.
Petra Galambos: *smiles, batting her eyelashes a bit*
Hazlok Thrune: *he shuts his spellbook with a dusty thud*
Petra Galambos: *rises on her toes slightly and receives his kiss, right
hand placed on his shoulder, left atop his hooded head, face disappearing
beneath it*
Hazlok Thrune: *then steps forward, sliding his hand around the back of
her bodice, and leaning into the kiss*
Chairmaster: Congratulations.
