One Dead Dog - LifeLikeSage - 03-26-2015

The following is an in character recreation of what occurred in game at approximately: 3/26/2015|4:30PM Pacific Time. If the NPC Anna, normally found in Bezantur is for some plot related reason deemed too important to die at this time, then the administrator of lore for the server may remove this post and negate the instance of the PC Hadir Hasan Khaliq Mahmood stumbling upon the slain corpse of the NPC Anna (dog that roams the Bezantur market in the south)

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Upon his travels across Thay for the endeavors of profit and greater learning, Hadir Hasan Khaliq Mahmood found himself appraising and selling various goods at the hectic city of Bezantur's southern market.

As Hadir was making his hasty way towards the eastern temples to assess the prices of bandages and healing supplies, he found a familiar animal's lifeless corpse laying across one of the wooden docks in a pool of cold hardened blood.

Hadir made his way to the dead animal and crouched down; he supported his weight with his forearms against his thighs and stood on the balls of his feet while sitting on his own ankles. "Your days of patrolling the markets... are over." Hadir then picked up Anna's corpse and heaved it down into the waters south of Bezantur.

While walking away, he stopped to turn and reflect silently in his own mind as he watched the lifeless body of the once proud market bitch float inanimately at the mercy of the ocean's small waves.

After a few minutes of contemplation, and once the body had made a significant distance away to no longer reveal any emotion-inducing detail, he spoke once more:
"An unavoidable fate for us all....."

With that Hadir turned in place and continued through to make his usual runs, less unaware of the very nature of his own existence as he did.
