In Memoriam Milena Aset - Animayhem - 05-19-2015 (( ooc I started this as Marister to express his thoughts at his loss. I am aware other characters knew her. I was not sure if there would be an ingame memorial so feel free to add your own memories.)) *Written in flawless Mulhorandi* " Our first chance meeting at Bezantur, how regal you looked, a proud eagle. Resplendent in your legion plumage. You graciously offered to speak on my behalf with your legion and although disappointed, did not hold my decision not to join against me. As I left I felt a bond as if we were meant to meet. During our association fate seemed to draw us together as we assisted each other with our tasks, we became more of a team, as if one entity. Many times we came close to the final end yet we were restored together. We learned so much from each other. Our bond grew closer like siblings as I had none and you lost yours. Then suddenly, unexpectedly, like a bud opening to a flower, our bond transcended into something more. Though both having lost before we decided to risk again and then almost as suddenly as the flower bloomed it quickly died in Moszabarr. You died doing your duty, in a place you most frequented. Regrettably we came too late. I gathered you ashes and they will be placed in an urn in an honored place. You will be granted what you should have had and were denied in life, promotion to Captain. I thank your Goddess and mine we were allowed one more encounter. Soar high and free my Beloved Eagle. I vow in the name of Your Goddess, The Mother and The Daughter, you shall be avenged and your sacrafice will not have been in vain. With a bond that death can not break we will always be one." Your Beloved Wolf." RE: In Memoriam Milena Aset - Animayhem - 05-20-2015 RE: In Memoriam Milena Aset - Animayhem - 05-20-2015 Cara was saddened at the death of Milena. She had known her for a long time. Their paths would cross occasionally. As the Grove is in the Spirited Valley and many slaves seek to escape there, she would notify the Archdruid just in case. She would carefully place Milena with the memories of others she has known and no longer are present. Rest in Peace Milena |
