As far as I know, there isn't an NPC who buys them.
You can keep them for rogue playing PC's, trash them, or leave them behind in the drop.

Bela is correct! traps are classed as "stolen" items when recovered so no merchant will touch them!!! What you could do is see a Player Merchant and see if they want to buy them!
There are many players who use them and i know the "Price" in some places is off putting to buy for one use!!

Even if PC merchants do buy traps, I can almost assure you the merchant's owner does not want them. Merchants owners want to make a profit, and selling them junk just eats up their funds.
Most PC merchants don't buy items due to all the junk players unload on them.

PC merchants won't buy them either, you would have to go through the Merchant's owner.
