Quest itemd dropping but especially elf ears - OldBear - 04-21-2020 I posted this on discord and was told to post here instead.  One of my characters has the quest to obtain elf ears.  He has made five trips to an area known for elves to reside.  So far out of the five trips he has killed over 25 elves.  None of them dropped an ear. On discord, I asked is this a result of just very bad luck, or has something happened with the scripts and they are no longer being dropped?  I know in the past of at least one script error change that after about a year reverted back to the way it was before and had to be fixed a second time.  So, I was wondering if there is a bug here or just bad luck. There like one ear from 50 dead drows. Lasted update (by the way most of this was done with KB): Now killed 33 elves with no ears dropping.  RE: Quest itemd dropping but especially elf ears - FrodoTheFluffy - 04-23-2020 I've personally always found - when you take the quest it actually becomes harder to complete and what would normally be in abundance is 1 to nil chance! Take Bells quest for instance - You traverse around without the quest you literally drown in fenberries - Take the Quest Fenberries become impossible to find! It took me three days to compete bells quest! exactly the same with Tails and Ichors for me as i haven't really done anymore than that in the past! though i must admit i have seen a major decrease in Elven ears even without the quest Elf ears aren't dropping like they used too!
