Hello !
Normally i create only characters with at least INT = 14, so i can pick at least 2 additional languages at start, where undercommon is always one of them.
Now i intend to create a monk with INT = 10 only, because i wanna spend the attribute-points on other attributes.
Is it possible to learn additional languages after the "mind's eye" - area later in the game ?

You will need to find someone willing to 'teach' you the language that they know. Then inform a DM so that it can be seen that you are learning the language and after a while, probably after about a month or so (RL), if you can show that you have learnt the basic grasp of that language, and the DM is satisfied that you have learnt enough then it may be awarded to you.
