A novice blacksmith and seamstress have partnered to practice their craft for adventurers free of charge provided they receive the proper material.
Broken Items:
20 - Armor (Non-leather), Large weapon, Tower shield
15 - Medium weapon, Large shield, Longbow, Heavy crossbow
10 - Small weapon/shield, Shortbow, Light crossbow, Amulet, Ring, Helmet, Bracers
Rags:
20 - Clothing, Leather armor, Winter clothing (Gloves, Hood, Boots, Clothing)
10 - Belt, Boots, Gloves, Cloak, Hood
Available Enchantments (Max 2 per item):
Up to +2: Armor, Attack, Ability, Enhancement, Skills, Saving Throw
Up to 1d6 Damage bonus (No special types)
5/- Damage Resistance
Up to level 2 spell with 2 uses/day (1 per customer)
Weight reduction (Randomized amount)
