In the Thasselen Central Citadel - Githzerai Monk - 03-10-2010
A note is found on the dead body of a legionnaire:
"You would do well to educate your legionnaires to be more compliant with the wishes of a red wizard, else they may end up like this one."
The corpse has many magical burns on it as well as a few cuts and arrows amidst the mess.
