Invisibile Guard - parad0x - 07-22-2010
Entered the Central Citadel in benzatur with a dwarven mercenary went to go sell some items next thing i know an "Invisible Guard" has killed my Dwarven mercenary and im being attacked by something not there....
Any idea?

graphic bugs happen. it sucks and there was a work around at some point but it isn't 100%.
someone else can probably explain it a lot better than I.. but that is the short answer.
It is a graphics bug.

Leaving the zone/area usually fixes that bug. It's an engine issue that has existed since NWN was released. Whenever it happens to me, I head for the nearest area transition. If the enemy follows you, it should be visible. If it doesn't follow, it should be visible if you go back to the area.
