A cousin of mine decided to play Weylin Blackfur while i was in the toilet and as a mean joke deleted him and i attempted to make a new one hoping it would just let you but apparently not... Is there a way around this? Or is he gone for good?

Deleted characters are really only renamed with an extension that makes them no longer show up in your player list. I can simply put the correct extension back on the file and the character will be back. I won't be able to do so until later this evening though.
In the meantime, until you get Weylin back, smack your cousin around a little bit for enjoyment instead. ;)

Your character file has been renamed, you should have Weylin back now.
I'll send you a PM in regard to the Gnoll subrace.
