Eltabbar - Balanor - 03-13-2011

Greetings everyone. I am extremely pleased to announce that, with today’s update, the capital city of Thay is an available destination. This is something I have wanted for our PW for a long, long time now. And while it is not as big as Bezantur (but what can be?), Eltabbar is nonetheless the most important city of Thay and home to over half the Red Wizards.

It represented well over 200 hours of design work by just myself alone, but the most important thing I wish to note is that the creation of Eltabbar was a combined team effort by all members of our staff. Purulent Carcass and Sundraoi did an awesome job on the new areas within Eltabbar that they created. EdinSumar provided some wonderful faction text (incidentally I really recommend joining the Temple of Loviatar in Eltabbar just to go through the faction conversation he developed for it). And KTA and Purulent Carcass provided some QA testing to catch some bugs before our initial release.

A HUGE THANKS GOES TO THE STAFF FOR MAKING ELTABBAR A REALITY!!! I hope everyone enjoys roaming its streets (and underbelly) as much as I have had in creating it with their help.

The temple recruiter of Loviatar's temple in Eltabbar is quite screwed up, to say the least.

The fountain in Redhall is amazing! Wish I knew how to do something like that ^^;

My thanks heather! As I already told the staff - I am particularily proud of the Redhall (primarily because of the fountain). :)

Yes we stood in Redhall, Heather Carcass and I watching the fountain afk like it was a fireworks show on the fourth. //ooooo, //wow, //ohhhhhh. We watched so long Carcass died of hunger.
