I tried three times to phrase the answer to this quest from the paper I found but he did not accept the answer so I lost xp and reputation.
I will post the question here but will pm the admin with the answer from the scroll which Avrora still has in her inventory.

Unlike many other answers, this is not a one or even two word answer - it is a four word answer. Look at research notes and at the end of the second line tells you how much. That is/was the answer.
