Is it just me, or does it seem like the weather actually does have some sort of effect on the random encounters? Like when the weather is mild and ideal for "fair travels," there are escaped slaves and other wimpy critters wandering around the plains. But when it's warm outside, that's when Tristella starts coming across dragons and banshees, and thank evilness for sacrificial ghasts...I mean, lambs....

Eh. Maybe it's just me. :-/
