Chronicles of Caramiriel

Hadir Hasan Khaliq Mahmood - A quiet man from Calisham with training in the monastic arts. He was quite educated and we seemed to get along well enough.
Once he was comfortable, he opened a shop and called it the Dhjinn Bazaar in Tyraturos. It was to showcase imports for his home land. The items indeed were unique however rumors were spread about that they were fakes. He has since modified his stock to include some basic items.
However, lately he has not been seen yet his shop remains. Mayhap he is out gathering more imports.

Silus - Although "accustomed" to civilization, Silas referred to himself as a "feral elf". He felt uncomfortable in the cities and spent time in the wilderness.
Daeris also has feral elf blood in her veins so they had a link. Occasionally we would travel together. However after he assisted me with my trail by Silvanus he became more scarce. By the time the curse also known as Enervation was discovered, he seemed to vanish completely.

Allura - half Elven like myself. For a while she seemed to drift between legions and gods. At one time her temple put a bounty on her. She eventually settled with the Tyraturos legion. As for whom she follows I am not quite sure.
Frustrated by her failures in the past she had hoped the legion would help however
with the edict she knew she would not advance far but yet could not seem to leave it. She recently became a Sergeant. Though a good fighter, she seems to be unsure and at times unwilling to do tasks assigned.

Korina- a member of the Unicorn riders, she is quite focused on making name for herself. In many ways she reminds me of Inge. Inge was also focused and determined but more of a private person where Korina was provocative on the deign of her armor and no holding back of her feelings. She seemed to get on Brandon's nerves. She had purchased a slave named Sila, a talented bardess however owning a slave seemed to get in the way of her plans so she put her back up for sale. She seemed to vanish like several others I have none.

Sila- a human woman who was a talented bardess. Unfortunately she was captured and bought by Korina, who was cruel. She was later purchased by another but they too became enslaved. Dearis, partial to bards, bought howevershe could not undo what damage had been done to her. She privately sold to a gnoll named Huroc who himself became later enslaved. The torment he put her through made her snap. He managed to escape and rumors have it she is with him.

Cassae - An avariel who has a merchant named Hand Cross. She does well enough and is a good fighter. She is greatly devoted to her patron Omnipotence Doon. At times one could mistake her for his slave in her deference to him.

" To someone else who may read this, it may seem a haphazard accounting, but yet in a way my life has been such.

Iathouz and Tari A pair of Elves I met I was glad were not in collars.
He was a fighter and she was a bard and a merchant. I had more contact with Iathouz and he assisted me in tasks. Tari did on occasion but focused more on her shop. They were lovers though not married, as unlike humans marriage is not necessary to Elves.

Eventually Tari moved her shop to Tyraturos and bought a tower in Nethjet which infuriated some, especially some reds. About a year ago I ran into them again and we spent some time at my home. Iathouz has seemed to vanished, but Tari is still around checking on her merchant.

Deedra Dee Cadabra - or Dee as she is called. A sorceress who acted more like an adventurer and bard and some even nicknamed her the "Busty Bard" Her skills were quite often in demand. We had interaction mostly by chance as at times we would be helping the same people.
One of the last times I saw her, she and Mikki were at my home on a social visit when I was attacked by assassins. With her and Mikki's help, we defeated them.
I have not seen much of her since but I heard that she may possibly decided to go into the mercantile business.

Hirt- a half orc male and sergeant of the High Thay legion. From his speech and mannerisms, it is clear that he has been greatly influenced by his human side.
He was helpful to almost everyone he met. We had assisted each other. After the time shift he became a bit disenchanted with his life as like many he had lost things which could not be replaced. I have not seen him since, I feel mayhap he has just decided to stay in the forests where he seemed to feel more at home.

Sammael A tiefling who thought himself more important than he was considering he had Mulan blood. He was quite opinionated and could talk about almost anything. Although he knew he would not advance more than a sergeant, he decided to join the Eltabbar legion and become Brandon's personal assistant in the hopes of rising in rank. As most of his kind are, he was attractive, black skin and white hair, could almost be taken for a drow.

The last time I saw him was at my home in Tyraturos, with me was Inge and Daeris. I can not remember how it started but he started to perform as an exotic dancer and winding up dancing in the table. We all enjoyed the performance though Daeris seemed the most flustered. I have not seen him since, possibly he went back to focus on being Brandon's assistant.

Elira Imizael - The Half-Dragon of the Priador -half sister to Daxos Zoavaro, she was quite the impatient one and also reckless. I finally realized this was due to her dragon blood which I did not realize she had until later. Daxos seemed to have kept it in check when they were together. She was a lieutenant to my captain and I think she resented a half- breed commanding her. This was evident during the battle to raise Thazar Keep as she did not like the task I gave her.

She gloated when the Zulkir edict was passed as she thought I would stay in the legion, being left a lieutenant and she eventually would be captain thus order me.
Her elation was short lived when I resigned to become a Druidess full time. She disappeared after Enervation which caused all to have their powers and skills diminished.

Daxos Zoavaro - half-brother to Elira, he was what one would hope for in a legionnaire. Professional yet personable enough, a natural leader and unlike his sister more than likely would have the least causalities. He was very supportive of me and had no qualms a bout a female commander. He volunteered to keep the barbarians in check when Zulkir Tam asked for volunteers. He distinguished himself and was promoted to Knight. Even after my resignation, he had a high regard for me and was one of my main supporters. His duties to his new rank made his appearances more rare until he, like so many others, vanished.

Talon Nephzen I am not quite sure when he joined the Priador, however it may have been right before I retired. He like Daxos was ambitious, however I believe he felt I should not have retained the rank of Captain after my resignation. Through his hard work and efforts, he too rose to the rank of a Knight and is the personal knight of Mistress Renee.

Veybold Von Zipper - a slightly corpulent human male who enjoys a life of drink and debauchery. He is a powerful priest of the god Gargauth. Having himself pretty much set as far as gold, lately he has been assisting others only if they sign a contract, which if violated means their soul belongs to his god.
During our association there was no need for a contract between us.

" While its is true I have known Omnipotence Thrune for the longest, does not mean I have not been acquainted with other Reds. Though I doubt they will remember me, I have also met and assisted Zulkir Tam and Thrul mostly while I was part of the Priador legion. Though it was Zulir Thrul who had me make my Shrine to Silvanus a public one. If another reads this, they may think it odd that in referring to Reds, I switch from Omnipotence to Master. Some Reds prefer one title over the other.

Master Kalos - I know very little of him with the exception he has a personal red knight who is dragonkin. I have heard that he plans to possibly settle in Mozsabarr.

Master Kelm - though I had some interactions briefly, I really did not know much about him except that he was born in Eltabbar. When he had ascended I have an informal gathering at my home with Mirella and Milena there as well.

Omnipotence Phydran Doon - a Diviner who at times on a whim would give random divinations. While he was an apprentice he was extremely confident and sure he would pass. He even had Cassae impressed as she always called him Master even as an apprentice. Unlike many of the reds or apprentices, Omnipotence Doon was often out and about mainly in Tyraturos, most often with Cassae at his side. He still is seen around Tyraturos but I doubt he will settle here since Omnipotence Thrune has already established residence.

Mistress Renee - is a refreshing surprise not because she is a female Red, but she seems to remember that she was not always one of such station and power. Although she could be referred to as Her Omnipotence she feels more comfortable with the title Mistress which holds the same weight as Omnipotence.
We have assisted each other over the years. I have not seen her in awhile but her merchant still has his stall here. Daeris knew her even before she was an apprentice and the two it seems have remained friends.

Veybold and Milena were not the only clerics I have encountered in my life time.

Maera - a human priestess of Selune. Deeply devoted however unlike some she did not go around boasting of such. She has proven herself quite capable as a cleric and fighter. During one task in Eltabbar led by Mistress Renee, she changed some minds about her Goddess amongst some of the legionnaires. In between fighting, she would often travel the roads, especially during the cycle of the moon attempting to cure those who were willing of lycanthropy.

She and Brandon had a bond which eventually grew and they have been living together in a manor in Eltabbar which Maera mostly furnished. Gradually, at least for me her appearances became scarcer though it was rumored she assisted during one of the battles with the marilith.

Teygard Rift and Khreed Mauthran - both clerics of Tempus with different approaches. Teygard more of a paladin type relying on weapons and less spells while Khreed used both equally. Originally they were with the temple in Bezantur however after the time distortion they were order to work out of Gauros Keep.
We did assist each other with tasks and made a good team.
So dedicated were they to Tempus and most often seen together they were dubbed the Tempus Twins. I have heard that Khreed has opened a shrine to Tempus in Umratharos and Teygard may also be considering his own."

"My time is growing short before I need to leave for the Grove. In looking back over the names, they remind me of a small part in recent history I played. Yet historians seem to focus on the events and their impact on society as a whole rather than those who helped shaped it unless they were high ranking citizens.

I will write them down in no particular order as that detail has faded somewhat since I have decided to focus on being a Druid. I will only mention the main ones.

Eye of Vecna - I and others assisted in its destruction though the damage was already done. The power drain we felt was permanent.

Maligor- A twisted chain of events I believe was subtly put in motion by the quests his apprentice Jutta asked people to do. In the end we managed to defeat him and I witnessed Omnipotence Hazlok's last attack which eliminated him. At his demise the animals of the Spirited Forest were no longer afraid.

The Time of Troubles or No Magic - was quite a history lessen in itself learning about the histories of gods. It was a honor to fight along side one Hoar even though he was not my God. It was a double honor to receive an item from his personal collection.

The Raising of Thazar Keep - this was my final adventure as being a Captain of the Priador. It was also one of the few times I was able to exercise my rights as a superior officer or a junior. We almost did not survive. The magics and mystical forces we faced were formidable.

It is time now to let past go and move towards the future."
