Go to CVS or Walgreens (whichever they have in your area) and pick up a Vick's VapoInhaler. They cost about $4, they fit in your pocket, they can last for years and they'll clear your sinuses right up. Just stick the tip of the bullet in your nostril and suck it in. Works like a million dollars. :)

Oh I know about those and thanks. I do use a nasal inhaler at night. I think what has aggravated the condition, is all the construction happening around where I work as well as the obscenely high pollen count this year.
