There already is a gnoll player character in play, so it is possible.

You would have to explain to the staff just why you feel you are suited to such a role, write an application, same as with any nonstandard character.

As for behavior, well, that would take a long time explaining. I recommend looking up everything you can about gnolls in Faerun and reading it.

Yea honn just send KTA a PM with everything explaining the reasons, have a pic of the char helps, then a bio and back ground. i did mine for a drow a month ago and its still pending.
