Bards getting more languages?? :) Happy days! I'm all for that. Makes for good RP opportunities. Not just for learning the language, but for others trying to find someone who speaks a language to help them translate for someone, or all sorts of fun things like that.
Not that I'm biased or anything like that, of course. ;) Nope, me and my bard PC are totally impartial about that. ;)

Yes, totally impartial. *nods overly emphatically and winks*
Lots of reasons to track down a bard, whether for help in identifying an item (at better rates than merchants don't you know), or some snippet of lore/rumors, or a performance, or translation aid. All sorts of reasons. Very flexible for RP. Part of why bards are so much fun to play. |
