A Clear Message
#1
"The Legion! It stands for law, justice, duty, loyalty!"

The woman was clad in black and purple plate armor, swirling black lenses where her eyes would be in the helmet as she looked around. Her voice was angry, a slave in nothing but their undergarments heavily bound and kneeling on the ground next to her, gagged.

"In each region, we serve dutifully, we serve the Red Wizards, the Tharchions, and work to protect you, the people."

She turned to look at the slave, shaking her head as she stood at the crossroads of Tyraturos.

"But there are those of you who would think it wise to attack those of us who protect these lands, who think it a smart idea to attempt an assassination of Legionnaires -within- the confines of their barracks."

She growled slightly as she looked out to any who might have gathered.

"Let this assassin turned slave serve as a clear message to any and all who think it wise to attempt an assassination on members of the Legion, no matter where they serve!"

With that she detached her whip from its harness, kicking the slave over and violently whipping him to death in a rather gruesome scene. The woman proceeded to cast a spell on the body as it transformed into a ghast, shambling behind her as she began to walk off.

"Be prepared to meet a similar fate if you find your idiocy unchecked enough to attack Thay's defenders." She growled as she activated a recall stone.

Some may recognize her voice as having a foreign accent masked rather well. Those who listen closely enough and are familiar with it would recognize it as being similar to those near the Moonsea regions.
