Name: Elf form- Rasha, Beast Forms: Blue Eyes

Race: Wood Elf/ Green Dragon

Age:200 something

Height:5'

Eyes: Dark Blue no matter what form

Hair: Green-Black

Description: Body held Druid looking runes from neck down side of frame ending at wrists and ankles. only seen normally as Elf form, but at times would shimmer to life even when fur or scale when magic was involved.  The eyes never changed color no matter what form she wore, as Elf they where a mix of 'humanity' and Feral beast knowledge in them always battling ever fluctuating.

Faint scars covered her body from fangs and claws. her skin held a light peach fuzziness in places as well as the sharper canines in fangs and her claw like nails as if she could not get rid of her feral forms as a two leg. Small near translucent green scales lined her jaw line and from the base of her neck to down her spine hinting at her parentage.

Around her neck sat a worn, and tooth marked brown Dog Collar, the clasp simple to work with a name plate the words -Blue Eyes- etched onto it.

Bio: Her past she did not truly know it memory's started as a pup in a wolf den growing up slowly to watch the generations change before moving on as paws got itching to explore.  her form changing to fit her location or local wild life. A wolf, a panther, reptile, or bird, as she went north, south, east and west across the land. Yet her favorites tended to be Wolf blooded or Cat blooded. after a untold number of seasons or years past, untouched by a beasts natural rythem of mate and young as if she was cut off from it. She settled into a pack of dire wolves helping to raise the pups. after who knows how many pack leaders passed, when she was gone with a pack brother names 'Broke Fang' Blue Eyes and him returned to find the entire pack including that seasons pups killed. enraged they both knew where to hunt. a small Village nearby mostly of hunters, but her pack had never attacked or even taken a single prey from them. something had happened to make her pack fall into suspicion and get killed off. The village didn't survive and The Feral Beast learned what two leg flesh tasted like...it tasted horrible by the way....
her pack brother and her traveled together...only becoming separated when she ran into a corrupted bit of land, the wrongness 'burned' her paws and made her skin crawl forcing the magic binding her to break temporarily.  A nearby Druid Grove found a naked young elf in that place and took her in. while there she learned to speak Common and Elf, learned to harness the power of shapes and magic of a Druid, as well as some common things to be civilized two leg person. The One thing the Circle never spoke or taught her was about the runes on her body. making her not very happy and weary of circles.
After a few years under them they let her go telling her to stay in Elf form.. she completely disobeyed and returned to beast shape, reunited with her pack Brother and went back to exploring, ending up in human city at one point where she saved and begged for food from a old human women. this women took her in ignoring the fact she didn't look like a dog at all!! gave her a rather embarrassing name and the collar  she would always wear. For a roof over her head and food Blue watched over that women's home keeping it completely safe till the day the women died. With nothing binding her she once again traveled till she ran into the bad people and got yanked into the land of Thay.

(Her Mother was a Wood Elf Druid who left her circle and when she came back she was heavy with a child that on birth showed that draconian parentage but at that same time the circle was attacked by underdark? Gnolls? who knows. to save the newborn a ritual was performed binding her 'self' directly to her deity and her soul so that she would never loose herself to the years as a creature as well as the smooth shifting. The runes on her body being that ritual with three runes being special, one repeats on either side of her hips, and one sits right on the spot by her heart. she was left to a pack of wolves by her wounded dying mother.)

The Beast yawned  sitting on a bench by the docks of Bezentur with in the only strip of green the city had in the warehouse district. her bare feet curling the claws digging into the grass and soil. A irritated hiss  as claws scratched under her chin at the slowly growing green scales that had started to spread from just the jaw line downward along her neck, the scales where still small and jade green in there immaturity, but they would darken as they grew into full scales.  She pulled her claws from her skin and licked at the trace blood on them and huffed.

Time passed as the sun passed above as the beast sort of dazed watching a trail of ants overwhelm a bigger bug, and after dismantling it take it back to there nest.
The Beast spoke softly, her common perfect unlike when she usually spoke the Azure eyes completely civilized.

"Ahh I need to do something... make a small shrine here..try and get word out impact these stupid two legs to not be so harmful...but it is to much for me...alone...I do not want to be in the front.. to easy to be noticed by who you do not want to be noted by... Id still have to ask the Overseer person first as well... details.. details.. Bah...There is a small kind of Temple in Tyra.. no need to ask to do it after all...still that would need coin..alot to get a place..."

She rubbed her forehead as a headache slightly beat and sighed.

"It would probably be worse if I asked about Eltabbar but that magic ridden place has the biggest tracks of nature in any stone place Ive seen...even if it is near the Blood Robes Hall.. it also makes my skin itch.. or the runes.. stupid what ever this is."

Rubs her arms tracing a few of the runes before her head tossed as she took a deep breath standing up and stretching.

"I don't care temple, shrine.. work.. to set up.. and paperwork to do,  too lazy to think it just gives me a headache thinking this...I'd rather just let things go as is and see what happens. day to day it has kept me alive so far. between the Blood Robes I have met and the Other Scary two legs though there not all bad...have not needed to rip anyone throat out so is good. Enough thinking..  scales itch even more now and on my back too Gah..."

She shook herself and padded off to find her safe spot so she could shift into scales and have herself a good itch with out any two legs screaming "Monster" this or that, a soft huff as the eyes bled back into ferality, a happy simple Lazy beast once more.
