The Tharch of Tyraturos.
This Tharch encompasses the town from which it takes its name and control of most of the Eastern Way, a paved highway running from Amruthar to Pyarados, and the High Road, a paved highway running from Eltabbar to Bezantur. In essence, the Tharchion of Tyraturos is the ruler of trade within southern Thay, and most tolls gathered on these roads go directly into his coffers. The Red Wizards tax him, rather than the merchants.
This Tharchion, Dimon of Tyraturos, is considered by many to be the most reasonable of the Tharchions. He is an intelligent man who understands that if trade dries up, he no longer has the income but must still pay his taxes. Therefore, he is no more oppressive to foreign traders and the merchants of Thay than the trade moguls of many other nations. The fact that he started his career as a merchant, and is the first member of his family to become a noble might have something to do with his attitudes.
The duties he imposes are no more oppressive than those of other nations, and his roving cavalry patrols are specifically instructed to expedite the problems of the merchants and make sure they do not go away dissatisfied. Some of the patrol leaders even perform their duties without bribes, but not many.
Non-merchants under his rule have different things to say about Dimon. He is as mercurial and paranoid as any of the rulers of Thay and he particularly dislikes adventurers, whom he considers “disruptive and bad for trade.”
Dimon is rumored to be a lowranking priest of Waukeen, though he officially decries this as a fabrication of his political enemies. He has never exhibited any ability as magic-user or fighter. Some rumors about label him a thief, but much the same is said about tax collectors all over the Realms.

Tharch of Tyraturos. This tharch controls the city of Tyraturos as well as the Eastern Way and the High Road, the most important trade routes in Thay. Tharchion Dimon of Tyraturos is an intelligent and surprisingly reasonable man, who recently admitted to being a (former) priest of Waukeen. He sees the value of a united Thay and supports Szass Tam. He taxes caravans only lightly and keeps the roads well patrolled. Despite his political leanings, he has made few enemies and seems relatively secure in power.

LN hm (former) C5 [Waukeen]
One of few Tharchions not completely given up to evil, Dimon was once a cleric of Waukeen and administers his Tharch with great expertise. He stays out of politics and is generally left alone as long as the taxes keep flowing.

Dimon was the tharchion of Tyraturos in the realm of Thay and also priest of Bane.
Dimon had fairer skin than most Mulans. Blue veins showed across his shaven head. He wore the black gauntlet emblematic of his order.
Dimon housed the council of zulkirs during the war of Thay in 1385 DR. During one of their meets, Dimon is attacked by the bored Nevron who conjures an advespa to kill the priest. Suddenly, Bane takes possession of his worshiper enduring the attack of the devil, in the end killing it with his (Dimon's) hands. Bane encouraged the zulkirs to fight Szass Tam again at the Keep of Sorrows under cover of the magic crippling effect of the Spellplague. After the god disappeared, Dimon dies from the wounds inflicted by the advespa.
