Hey there,

I had to format my computer last night and reinstall NWN from GOG and I had forgotten to request the new CDKeys, so when I logged on it gave me the message that my CD was invalid and transported Horuc to an off server area, then it booted me. I got the new CD Keys and replaced the files, but when I logged in I was still getting booted.

Does anybody know if I am missing a step in getting this solved?

So it sounds like you first logged in and got a message about using Shared CD Keys, which directed you to gog.com to get new CD Keys, right? And then after you got those and are using them, you are now getting booted? If so, this is because your login name is tied to (up to 7) CD Keys, for security reasons since anyone can login with any account name now that the Master Server disappeared years ago and isn't validating the password when you login to multiplayer. You can associate more than one CD Key with your account name by using the !addkey command. Unfortunately though, if you no longer have your old CD Key the only way to get a new key associated to your account is to have a DM login and clear all your old CD Key associations with your account.

So to make a long story short - please provide the exact spelling of your NWN multiplayer login name for Thay. After we know exactly what it is (I think yours is the same as your forum name, aye?) then one of the DMs can login at any time and use that command to clear the old CD Key associations with your account. After that, you'll be able to login with your new CD key and it will be automatically associated to your account name.

Hello,

I am trying to log back in to my account and I am still having trouble with this CD Key business I believe, I had tried to log in just today and I am instantly booted. I was wondering if my account was cleared and if not, could it be done again? Apologies again for the hassel, really it's not my intent to make you guys work harder than you do.

The account name is AusGre as well as the GameSpy Account name.
