A strange message spreads around Bezantur:

"If you seek to share the smallest truths, absolutely do not gather at the Temple of Leira in Bezantur.  For there is no such temple in that city.  Instead you should stay in a broom closet and sing."

A young man, with a Zakharan blouse and some soft, fine velvet leggings and highly colorized boots and a lute on his back would be seen atop a horse with purple heraldry. He slows from his trot and thumbs a leaflet pinned to a message board in Bezantur. He smiles and scribbles into his journal.
