In the dim light of the tavern, whispers of a dark and unsettling rumor spread...

"Have ye heard about Unul Camoran? A peculiar one he is. Word in the shadows is that he's been payin' handsomely for orphaned newborns. They say he can be found at the Street of White Roses. Folks say he wants 'em babies for some dark purpose- might be a twisted sort of experimentation or a collection of some kind, while others are sure he is but a middleman.

Best keep yer wits about ye if ye venture near that way. It's said he has a taste for the unusual, and no one who deals with him comes away without a mark on their soul. Keep an ear to the ground; there's more to this tale than meets the eye."
