Right, I'm going to be offline for an amount of time. I'll be back if MD wants me to be, but other than that, you won't see me online.

Reasons being, after all the shit-storms of real life, I play games to distract myself from the ever growing amount of (stress? pressure?) that one accumulates as they get older. When a game begins to become a chore to play, and adds to the complications of life rather than relieving it, it is best to simply stop playing and move on to something new. This game/server began becoming tedious when I realized that no matter what character I made or played on, they would have to be under one PC's control, since he tends to control every bit of roleplay he can in Thay. Since my characters can seldom get along with his, they end up hunted by those that every one of his characters has as allies. These allies are the most powerful characters on the server, which puts him in a position of near-invincibility against other PCs, forcing even those that could be allies to my characters to avoid them or risk becoming hunted themselves. This is my opinion, most will not agree with it, some will not understand what I am talking about, and I'll likely be told "Take whatever issues you have up with the player, keep it off the boards," which I would gladly do if I believed it would do an ounce of good. With this in mind, I bid you all goodbye for now, I'll see you when I see you.

TL;DR: Sick of this for now, see you when there's a worthwhile reason to play.

(As a related thought, I will be amused if this gets modified or deleted for bashing a player, since I have done my best to not mention who he is)
