Starting out Avrora decided to do one assassination but in character she did not like the way she felt and naturally it shifted her alignment more toward evil.
Again early in the game I fogot to tell my familiar not to unlock doors so it did thus causing me to shift further as well as it damaging things inside during attacks on me by assassins.

My question is my temple has been continually offering assassination quests some times two in a row. Is this normal? once you do a quest like this it will often be repeated? Yes I know noterity gets a hit but I am staying with my characters feelings.

I am still chaotic neutral not evil current stats chaotic 6 neutral 38.

Another reason I am asking this is currently my second character has not be offered this yet but if she is and refuses the first will she be asked again?

Or are chaotic alignments no matter what taraget for such quests?

The offer of a assassination quest depends on a number of circumstances, the most noteable are the characters faction, class and notoriety.

Ok. Avrora is a Sorceress/ Red Dragon Disciple so she will never advance beyond lay person and is a follower of Oghma. She has high noterity as she has +2 ac on her cloak and never had slavers come after her and assassins early.

Azura is a Druid, Half-elf, follower of Silvanus. She became a Sgt of the Legion at level 8 and is almost level nine and her cloak offers +2 ac. She had slavers come after her but killed them all and now has assassins. So far her quests from the QM have been to acquire items.
