I take it you are talking about the file 'nwconfig.ini'? If so I advise against altering it manually. It contains values collected by the configuration utility and the respective part of my 'nwconfig.ini' look like this:
That means instead of 'Unknown' your file should contain the exact version of your graphic card drivers. So entering 'ati2dvag.dll' will not do anything good.
