Word has spread throughout Tyraturos of the theft of a golden suit of platemail from the Temple of Waukeen in Tyraturos. The platemail, commissioned by and imported for the tharchion of the Lapendrar, Hargrid Tenslayer, was imported from the dwarven forges of Great Rift and valued at tens of thousands of talons.
Rounding up all suspicious persons, the tharchion Dimon acted quickly and through coercion, had those accused investigate the theft found or killed most of those responsible - including the ringleader with the valuable suit of armor in his possession. Throughout the day, the screams of the unlucky thief rang from the Slave Pens in Central Tyraturos. As a result of his torture and betrayal of his fellows, the remaining survivors of his ill-fated bandit troupe were quickly apprehended by the Tyraturos Legion.
It has been announced that on the morrow, tharchion Dimon will make a public example of the ringleader with his execution at the Slave Pens. The fate of his accomplices will be left in the hands of tharchion Tenslayer who will arrive in person to take possession of his precious armor. Travelers, citizens of Tyraturos, adventurers, and mercenaries are all commanded to attend and witness what becomes of those who cross the rulers of Thay.
The conclusion to the grand reboot events will occur tomorrow, January 27 at 12:00 PM CST in central Tyraturos. See you there!
