There has apparently been an issue for some time where PCs could not joust against each other. This has been fixed as of today. To joust against another PC, you both must be mounted with a lance in hand, and then each of you will need to click on the joust list on your respective side to indicate you are ready to joust. Once both people have clicked on the list, the joust begins.
