Ein Buch kostet -1 Talon.
Ein Ork-Magier kostet +100 Talons.
Ein Paladin kostet +50 Talons.
I cannot keep these slaves for my own. Respect every enemy. Sell the enemy; do not keep them lest they become my eternal enemy. They are slaves but I am not here to torment them. I sell and be on with it.
It is strange how the orc with spells sold better than the paragon of goodness. Maybe the next paladine I meet will only die.
Are some enemies anymore deserving of freedom than others? Do I deserve freedom more than my enemies? All wars take prisoners. Sometimes even the victors, the fighters are prisoners of war. That is blasphemy. Is my survival in Thay a war? Who do I war with?
Seinen Segen kostet -22 Talons.
Tempos forgives my sins. If He did not, He Himself would have slain me for even setting foot on His holiest temple in Bezantur.
Sieben Verbanden kostet -525 Talons.
The blasphemer deserves no debt. I deserve no debt. I will battle Vanja when next we meet.
Und jetzt ruhe ich.
The hanging skeleton. Was it once an elf? It made peace difficult. Let the walking rivers quench Kossuth's watchful vigil over my rest. Can't stop thinking about that late elf I found. I should go see if it's still there. Sickly sweet. The gone slave smiled as it died and smiles as it rots.
"I can't get in there; it's locked up tighter than a chastity belt on a Red Wizard's daughter."
