I think the Vault would probably be the best option. If everyone who wants to have their portraits in game seen, I can compile them all (along with my current collection of ~2000) into one big file and post it to the vault.

My email is [email protected]. Just send 'em to me and then in a week or so I can put them all in a .rar and upload it to NWVault.

While this is by no means a permanent solution as I anticipate our continued growth, this is at least a start.
