To answer a question about how to change your blog's avatar... Here's illustrated help!
On your dashboard at the top, you'll see a gear icon that will say 'Settings' when you hover over it. Click!

This will take you to the page where you can edit your blog's name, etc. If you click on the avatar itself, the option to change the avatar will come up.
