A gnomish invention worn on the belt or cloak, that grants a +2 to dexterity, with a special ability-
Every 1 in 4 arrows/projectile fired from its wearer (roughly) would return back to the user's inventory. Could be a way to lower the drain on consumables for them archers who are always firing away their rounds and thus talons into their enemies.
Or, this could be a gem/contraption ability to apply onto the bow directly. (Though with the way unique power tags work, the gem would also have to change the tag of the weapon in question as well when it applied the unique power OnHit that is to be used.)
