Hargrim Morcral doesn't look too different from your average Dwarf. He has overall average qualities ranging from superior strength over those damned Elves, to a hardy ability to ingest alcohol of various forms. He's not even that smart, but what he lacks in superior quality, he makes up for with above average roundness.

Despite being a shield dwarf, his upbringing has made him social like his Gold cousins. He is easy to get along with, and is generally calm so long as things don't turn to insults. As a Paladin of Gorm, he holds himself as the standard of Dwarven folk, and works towards Gorm's will.

One might think as a Holy Warrior, Hargrim would be prone to despising Thay, but the truth isn't always clear. Like his brethren he appreciates trade and good will between the races, but even Paladins have their vices, and he is very much of the nationalistic mindset. Thay for the Mulans, the Smoking Mountains for the Gold Dwarves, and so on, so forth. While he is all for the elimination of evil, Hargrim's goal, his only goal, is to ensure the best quality of life he can while defending his own people. His own personal goals? Well, finding the records regarding where he got some gold dwarf heritage would be nice, but as a Dwarven Aristocrat (if only in title now), Gorm's will is definitely more important.

More to come when I feel like typing.
