Move forward using the February data currently in place. DMs will NOT do full rebuilds of PCs, however choice of incentives will be provided to ALL returning players. Clock to jump to 1362 DR. Final situation explained through IC means.	65.22%	15	65.22%
Do a complete setting reboot again. Everyone starts at level 1, and choice of incentives will be offered to all returning players who create a new PC.	34.78%	8	34.78%

Now relax and enjoy your anniversary.

If it turns out to be $1500 to salvage the old ... a reboot won't be so bad. Sure, some of us will whine and kvetch, but we'll still be happy to be here.

I believe the majority of us won't leave until you pry the keyboards from our cold, dead fingers. :D
