Move forward using the February data currently in place. DMs will NOT do full rebuilds of PCs, however choice of incentives will be provided to ALL returning players. Clock to jump to 1362 DR. Final situation explained through IC means.	65.22%	15	65.22%

That's where I'm at. Well except I voted 3 anyway. But yeah.

IMHO for most characters the item loss isn't great, but it's the notoriety loss that really hurts - and restoring notoriety shouldn't take all that much work from DMs, should it? Especially if it's limited to once per player.
