Two questions,
Does using that "disable XP" thing actually disable XP gains, or just the leveling from XP gains? For instance, if I wanted to stay at level seven, would disabling XP also disable my ability to gain XP for use in the forge? (This was an issue I ran into with Shea- early on she leveled up too fast, but her equipment didn't follow the same progression since most of the leveling was from dungeon raids/spreading the love of !xp commands, so she had to go around enslaving a ton of NPCs just to use the forge to keep XP in check while she got equipment up to date).
Second, if you clearly have enough XP to level, but can't because notoriety is not high enough, do you retain the "excess XP?"
For instance, I'm relatively sure Shea has enough experience to level up once if not twice, when she does level up, is that excess experience simply lost, or is it kept in the system? (I'm assuming it's kept in the system from what I've read, just wanted to double check).
