This is NOT directed at anyone in particular. First and foremost, I wanted to make sure this is crystal clear. These are things a LOT of people do that others find intrusive and/or annoying;
1 - Preaching to NPC's. This is a wonderful pastime when solo. This is not something you should be spamming when others are standing there trying to have a conversation. An argument for this, that it's rp. It's letting others know you are avid and active in your faith. To that, my response is to actually rp it. It's spammy, it's downright obnoxious. Don't do it around others UNLESS your plan is to be irritating.
2 - Do not ride your mount through a group of people, unless you plan to run them down.
3 - This is a biggie in my book. If you REALLY need to talk ooc, use tells first before spamming the scene with //yo peeps! and such.
4 - If someone makes an attempt to rp with you, don't ignore them. This is Thay, you can be as surly as Aznar Thrul, but give them a bone. If you are just in a hurry, let the player know via a tell and toss them some xp or something. Just don't ignore them completely. However, there is an addendum to this. See point 5
5 - If you see a group of people and you walk up and say hey, give it a minute and do not assume they are ignoring you. A lot of times, people are typing a response to something someone else has said before you got there. Give them time to read, respond and such, BEFORE stomping off because everyone is ignoring you.
6 - I've not seen a lot of this but thought I might as well bring it up. Wednesdays and Thursdays are normally event nights for two diffrent campaigns, respectively. At least one of these campaigns was opened to anyone that wanted to join it. So give those PCs a little bit of space and TRY not to derail whatever it is they have going on. Unless of course a DM gives you licence to. Normally they have quite a lot to do, in a relatively short amount of time. So a bit of space is appreciated. However, that doesn't mean you cannot interact with them, just try not to derail.
This is all I can think of for the moment, feel free to add some more tips.
