Hm, either one works. The vampires and lycans are more outcast and in need of a haven. Second one sounds a bit like Ilmater gone vigilante.

I was thinking more along the lines of "Mr. Bumble's workhouse from Oliver Twist". Fair points you make, though. I reckon I'll go ahead and make my choice, then. Thanky. :)
