Rich - these foods offer many calories, or a variety of vitamins and protein

I put relatively few vegetarian things in the Rich category. It's certainly healthy to eat salad & veggies, but in our society that generally means "things that help you lose weight or not get fat". It takes a lot of salad to power a person who's fighting, carrying 300#, and/or running in terror.
