I read the Harper Scout and was not that impressed its like a blend of a bard and ranger. You do not have to be a Harper Scout to join the Harpers just of the proper alignment and thinking.

I think for the moment leave it as it is and maybe come up with another class to replace it. I agree with Dark, not worth the time. You would do better if you wanted too to do just a bard/ranger build in my opinion.
